Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sulek Spa Company. Each order is carefully packed and shipped from Lucedale, Mississippi.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may require additional preparation time before shipment.

During launches, holidays, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for preorder or restock, additional processing time may apply.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays
  • holidays
  • high shipping volume periods

Sulek Spa Company is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.


Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $75 before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Free shipping promotions may change or end at any time without notice.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Sulek Spa Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged package and items

We will do our best to assist with carrier claims or replacement options when appropriate.

Sulek Spa Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Warm Weather Notice

Many of our products contain natural oils, butters, waxes, and other heat-sensitive ingredients. During warmer months, products may soften, melt, or change texture during transit.

Minor texture changes caused by heat do not affect product performance and are not considered defects.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery and avoiding prolonged outdoor exposure.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare, bath, body, and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
